Usually yes at the main gate. Where an association rule or a narrow canal street will not allow a 75-foot carrier, the driver stages on a nearby arterial and we bring the vehicle in on its own — at no extra cost.

When should snowbirds book?

Three to six weeks ahead for October–December arrivals and March–May departures. Returning clients get priority dispatch with our preferred carrier network.

Why do Cape Coral snowbirds need to book three to six weeks out?

Cape Coral and Fort Myers sit on one of the heaviest seasonal lanes in the country. Truck space into Lee County dries up fast from October through December and again from March through May. Booking early holds your preferred pickup date and almost always beats last-minute pricing.

How does priority dispatch work for returning snowbird clients?

Your vehicle details, street access notes and seasonal preferences stay on file. When the return leg comes around we dispatch through our preferred carrier network first, so confirmation is faster and the date options are better than a cold booking.

Do you handle multiple vehicles for one residence?

Regularly. Multiple vehicles can travel together in a single enclosed trailer to the same address.
