The community is not waterfront in the Gulf-access sense but is grouped with gated developments for its controlled entry and HOA structure.

Sandoval has a manned or camera-monitored main gate on Del Prado Boulevard that logs vendor and commercial vehicle arrivals, and the interior streets are wider than older Cape Coral neighborhoods with proper turning radii at most intersections. A full-size carrier can generally enter and reach most single-family sections without difficulty once cleared at the gate. Some of the villa clusters have tighter internal courts and guest parking that are better handled by the driver walking the last stretch rather than maneuvering the full rig through.

Where to meet the carrier in Sandoval

The gatehouse plaza just inside the Del Prado Boulevard entrance is where the driver checks in and confirms the address before proceeding.
